There are hundreds of thousands of industrial processes that generate heat as an unusable by-product. Most of this is lost to the environment, and with it, a potentially valuable revenue stream. Now, thanks to a unique system from EEE, hot waste gases generated from boilers, kilns, ovens and furnaces, hot waste cooling water and hot cooling oils, can be captured and converted into significant amounts of electricity.

No Fuel Requirement

As the “fuel” for the E-Energy system is currently someone else’s waste, there is No Fuel Cost to run an E-Energy Generator.

No Additional Carbon Emissions!

As the waste heat is already produced for some other purpose there is No Additional Carbon Generation for the electricity produced.

Thousands of Heat Sources

The heat energy, i.e. temperature and flow demands of the E-Energy System are so low it is possible to use the waste heat from hundreds of thousand processes, which is currently simply “thrown away” into the air can now be used to generate significant quantities of electricity.

Wasted Energy

It is a fact that more than 50% of all the fuel burned for most processes across the World is Wasted in the form of heat and is simply “lost” to the air. In many other industrial processes the waste heat discharged into the air is more than 90% of the heat produced.

The cost of an E-Energy Generator System is so low that the investment cost is recovered by the value of the electric power produced in only 2 to 4 years; there is No Fuel Cost and there are No Additional Carbon Emissions. Low maintenance, remote monitoring, no staff costs and with yearly ongoing costs that average less than 15% of the value of the generated electrical power, it is a great system.
